In the depths of our being we know there’s more...more to this life than just going through the motions and surviving. More than just being happy. We may feel disconnected from our true self and who we were created to be. What if there was a better way?
Through one-on-one coaching you can find personal growth and transformation where you operate from a place of rest, health and joy. In order to live whole, healthy lives we have to know ourselves and how to best care for ourselves. That's what you'll find in one-on-one coaching.
Two of my coaching programs include:
- Know Who You Are - In this 4-6 week program we'll dive into the personality typing system of the Enneagram to help you understand yourself better. You'll understand why you do what you do and how you can grow towards health and wholeness.
- SHAPE Who You Are - In this 4-6 week program we'll talk about self-care and what you need in order to live a full, healthy and whole life. We'll work together to create a plan that recognizes all your different parts that make you, you!
It doesn't matter where you live. Coaching sessions can be conducted via Skype or Zoom, or phone. You don’t have to do this journey alone. We will dive into who you were created to be and then work together to create a plan that prioritizes your health and wholeness so you're thriving, not just surviving.
